Why can’t you remove limescale & add minerals with one refill pack?

Excess minerals cause limescale and create hard water. Softening water without reducing minerals is not possible, as they are the primary culprit behind these issues.

This is why we recommend using our clean or softener pack if you use your filtered Phox water with any appliances such as kettles or coffee machines.
