My Compatible Lid Won't Stay On

When using your Compatible Maxtra/Maxtra+ cartridge it's important to make sure that all 6 teeth around the top of the cartridge are showing above the lid(as shown in image below). These teeth work to hold the lid securely in place and if they are not all showing, the pressure of water in the reservoir could force the lid off.

If you are having an issue where all teeth are showing and the lid won't stay on, it could be that one of the teeth is damaged. In this case, please contact us on service@phoxwater.com and someone from the team will be on hand to arrange a replacement.
